Galley Common School is a wonderful school and, as  Headteacher, I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to work here.  This website aims to give you a flavour of what we offer to help you decide on a school in the first instance for your child and also to provide a foundation for the vital partnership between parents, carers and school.  This is so important in giving your child the best possible opportunity for success, now and in the future. 
 

Our school is a successful, popular village infant school providing education for pupils from 4 to 7 years. At Galley Common we place emphasis on confidence, independence and high standards of attainment.
